1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RevUp Feeds, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RevUp Feeds is a product feed optimisation service that connects to your e-commerce store and generates optimised feeds for advertising channels including Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use RevUp Feeds to distribute illegal content, spam advertisers, scrape competitor data, or circumvent platform policies of connected advertising channels.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans are subject to usage limits defined at sign-up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your product data. You grant RevUp Feeds a licence to process your data for the purpose of generating and optimising your product feeds.

6. Limitation of Liability

RevUp Feeds is provided "as is". We are not liable for advertising performance outcomes, platform policy changes, or revenue loss arising from feed issues.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
